We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. You will be a trusted advisor to our Health Services division, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for critical and hard-to-fill roles. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent to Ramsay and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
What you'll do:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand, showcasing our unique EVP through compelling content, engaging events, and targeted campaigns. Utilise various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including headhunting passive candidates. Proactively source high-quality candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, online platforms, and professional networks. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques and selection processes. Champion a positive candidate experience, reflecting the Ramsay Way. Track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement. What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role. Demonstrated success in recruiting for critical and hard to fill roles. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences.
