You will partner with our wonderful stakeholders and as a subject matter expert, work closely with each other to ensure a cohesive service and a great experience for our candidates.
Your focus will be on high-volume recruitment for Personal Care Workers, Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses, as well as office support roles and other clinical Nursing positions.
A week in the life of your new role: Act as a subject matter expert for operational business line(s) within an allocated portfolio.
Coordinating Bolton Clarke's attendance at relevant jobs fairs, expos etc.
Identify skills and knowledge gaps with a view to designing and delivering targeted training programs related to recruitment to lesser experienced hiring managers, talent acquisition team members alike.
Design, tailor and facilitate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the team to meet appropriate staffing levels across your designated business portfolio.
Support hiring managers with job design, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management.
Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed appropriately in line with principles of equality and diversity.
Impart knowledge and share best practice with broader talent acquisition team as well as wider People & Culture team to keep those involved in talent acquisition upskilled in emerging practices.
This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week with a salary range between $80,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation.
About you Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Relevant tertiary qualification preferred but not essential High volume recruitment experience gained in either internal or agency environment as well as an ability to work at a fast pace Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide recruitment and talent advice  A high level of customer service, communication and administration skills.
Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking systems – we use JobAdder and will provide training if required 2024 flu vaccinations or willing to obtain Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations Federal Police Check - only required for the successful candidate Own vehicle and drivers licence    Importantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and Always together in all aspects of your work.
