It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.The Talent Acquisition Manager reports directly to the General Manager of People Operations and will lead our high-volume front-line recruitment and specialised corporate hiring. In this role, you will manage and mentor a dedicated recruitment team, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strategic sourcing strategies.This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a key role in building a diverse and talented workforce.A few of your responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with The Star's overall goals, ensuring a focus on attracting high-quality talent.Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring a high level of team engagement through your mentorship and providing a range of opportunities for learning and development.Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, providing regular reports to stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimise the recruitment process.Implement and promote strategies aimed at attracting a diverse workforce, ensuring that inclusive hiring practices are integrated throughout the recruitment process.Lead the execution of onboarding learning delivery and operations for The Star Brisbane, ensuring the effective facilitation of learning programs.What we will be looking for:Extensive experience in recruiting both high-volume and specialised roles along with managing teams to deliver quality candidates to businesses with complex requirements.Deep understanding of the talent market and effective sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent.Commitment to promoting a positive employer brand and creating an engaging candidate experience.Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster collaboration as a subject matter expert, providing high-calibre talent advisory and guidance.About you:You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
