If you would like to find out what we are delivering and what we think is important, check out our LinkedIn Company PageYour opportunitySupporting the Group Manager responsible for Resourcing & Talent functions, you will be a key member of the People & Culture team and be accountable for:Being the business process owner for all CPB recruitment processes (design, continuous improvement, governance and reporting)Managing the process for Executive recruitment and appointmentResourcing and Talent vendor/partner management including establishment, ongoing quality review and delivery managementCoach and develop team members as requiredRecruitment capability development (accountable for recruitment training materials, training plans, skills matrix, and delivery)Ownership of resourcing and talent governance and associated audit activitiesOwnership and management of recruitment and talent systemsContinuous improvementWhat we would like you to possess:Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes and market challengesDemonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating talent solutions to resourcing challengesProven track record of delivery through teamsStrong relationship management, facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholdersKnowledge and experience in using PageUp or relevant applicant tracking systemExperience in establishing and leading outsourced, offshore or geographically dispersed teams in the construction or a related industry, would be advantageousThis role supports the CPB Contractors business across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and may be based in one of our HQ locations.We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQ+ community, mature workers, Veterans and active-duty armed forces, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
