Talent Acquisition Manager

We design, build, and operate beautiful buildings that over 17,000 young people call their home.The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving talent related activities at Scape, from identifying internal and external talent, to ensuring that our recruitment activities are innovative and inspiring. The role also contributes to a broad range of people related activities and projects to ensure that everyone wants to join and grow with Scape.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven talent acquisition expert to join our small, tight-knit team. You will be passionate, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, innovative, and have strong attention to detail.You will also have:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management, or a relevant fieldPrevious experience recruiting diverse roles in a fast-paced environmentExperience in and passion for coaching, mentoring, and influencing others to achieve strong outcomesTech-savvyAn innovative and creative approachBoth strategic and hands-onExcellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skillsIf you feel that you are just the candidate that we are looking for then we can't wait to receive your application.
