Think strategically & act operationally!Great team environment Townsville CBD location ASAP Start pending clearances   About the role As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the end- to-end recruitment process and manage a team across our 8 sites with a broad base of HR generalist skills.In addition, your key duties are as follow:  Design and implement approaches to improve recruitment strategies aligning with the organisational goals and objectives.Build healthy and professional relationships with team members establish and nurture a culture of open feedback, collaboration, encouragement, recognition, and delivery to high standards.Ensuring the team is well supported to perform their day-to-day activities.Participate in the recruitment of more senior positions.Identify and utilise various sourcing channels, networking events and professional organisations to attract candidates.Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.Drive initiatives to enhance the organisations employer brand and develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.Tracking recruitment metrics and analysing data to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.Establish and maintain collaborative, credible and trusting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders About you To be successful in this role, you must have: Bachelor's level qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law or any related qualifications is a plus!Previous leadership experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of HR Management Information Systems/Talent platforms Demonstrated knowledge of innovative recruitment and selection initiatives Ability to work under pressure and triage conflicting deadlines in a busy environment Experienced user in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word), Google applications and database administration Capacity and willingness to work both effectively in a team and autonomously when required Ability to build rapport quickly and establish positive working relationships  Self-motivation with a can do attitude What Wilmar Sugar & Renewables will offer you At Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you'll be embraced as a valued member of our team, appreciated for your unique contributions.We offer competitive pay and benefits, including additional leave and superannuation entitlements and exclusive partner discounts, enhancing your overall experience.Our emphasis on safety and innovation creates a supportive work environment where you can thrive.Interested in Applying If you believe you are a good fit for this role, we invite you to apply online via Wilmar Careers before midnight on 7th June, 2024, by clicking the "Apply" button.For any enquiries or assistance with the application process, please don't hesitate to contact Michelle Reynolds 0418613914.We look forward to receiving your application.About the Business Wilmar Sugar and Renewables is Australia's largest Manufacturer and exporter of raw sugar, and among the top 10 producers globally.We own and operate eight sugar factories across the Herbert, Burdekin, Proserpine and Sarina regions and employ more than 2,000 people during the annual sugar production season.We are one of Australia's largest generators of renewable electricity from biomass and one of only two bioethanol producers in Australia.We are also the largest sugarcane grower in Australia and a leading supplier of sustainable liquid fertiliser and stockfeed products.
