The role: We are looking for a passionate, driven and strategic thinker who can help build and implement a competitive talent acquisition model.
This is a critical role in shaping the future of Fresh Clinics by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the market.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership to build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our People and Culture roadmap and business objectives, that supports our ambitious growth plans.
Working in lock-step with the People and Culture team to champion our culture, where people are doing the best work of their careers.
This role will directly report to the Head of People and Culture and is full-time.

Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Building and leading a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Building the recruitment roadmap for industry leading Intern and Grad programs.
Collaborating with leadership to forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
Implementing best practices in recruitment, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Optimising recruitment tools and processes for scalability and efficiency.
Strengthening the company's employer brand by working closely with marketing and representing the company at industry events.
Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment strategies.
Analysing recruitment data and metrics.
Foster a transformational culture by promoting our core values: hustle hard, work smart, be kind and wait for the second marshmallow.
Collaborate on organisational design and workforce planning to support our evolving business needs.
Desired Experience: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
Experience leading a recruitment team and managing large-scale hiring initiatives.
Strong track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, particularly in the tech industry.
Toolbox/Abilities: Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Passionate about fostering a human-centric, values-driven culture.
High level of integrity, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High degree of intellectual curiosity and an ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of DEI best practices in recruitment.
Experience working in a global company with operations in multiple countries.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to flex styles based on the situation.
