This is a critical role in shaping the future of Fresh Clinics by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership to build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our People and Culture roadmap and business objectives, that supports our ambitious growth plans. Working in lock-step with the People and Culture team to champion our culture, where people are doing the best work of their careers.
