Reporting to the Director: People and Engagement Services, this role focuses on sourcing and retaining talent through proactive initiatives, maintaining a strong talent pool and ensuring that TCS recruitment efforts align with strategic goals which support workforce planning and employee retention.About youProven experience in full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing and proactive recruitment methods.Expertise in building and maintaining talent pools, using platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn and industry forums.Solid understanding and experience using sourcing techniques and tools (i.e. social networks)Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholdersRight to work in AustraliaThe community you will be joiningToowoomba is located 90 minutes' drive west of Brisbane and boasts being Queensland's largest inland city.
