We are in anexciting growth phase, so we are seeking an experienced TalentAcquisition Lead to join our People Culture and Talent team. Therole will contribute to the evolution of Therapy Focus and play avital role in shaping our workforce for the future. Theopportunity: As the TalentAcquisition Lead at Therapy Focus, you will be critical incultivating a high-performing and passionate workforce aligned withour organisational goals. You will spearhead the end-to-endrecruitment process, working hand in hand with hiring managers todiscern their staffing imperatives, devise innovative sourcingmethodologies, and guarantee an exemplary candidatejourney.

Additionally,you will undertake the pivotal responsibility of establishing ourgraduate program. Leading this initiative, you will orchestrateefforts to entice allied health professionals, fostering a culturesteeped in developing emerging talent within ourbusiness.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Develop andexecute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned withTherapy Focus's growth objectives and talent needs.
- Collaboratewith Senior Management to understand current and future hiringneeds and devise strategies to address them effectively.
- Utiliseinnovative and effective recruitment methods to attract passivecandidates, build a robust talent pipeline and maintain activeengagement.
- Coordinate andlead a social media campaign with the Branding department thatoptimises results and strengthens our employer brand.
- EnhanceTherapy Focus's employer brand by promoting our company culture,values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.
- Develop strongrelationships with industry professionals, academic institutions,and other relevant networks to enhance our employer brand andtalent pool.
- Implementtalent management initiatives to identify and develophigh-potential employees within the organisation.
- Collaboratewith senior managers to create career development plans andsuccession strategies for key positions.
- Understandcurrent labour markets, recruiting channels, talent pools, and thecompetitive landscape to enable sound and accurate advice to ourleadership team
- Collaboratewith the People, Talent, and Culture Manager and other relevantbusiness roles to deliver a united recruitment solution.
- Ensure strongcommercial outcomes, contributing to budgeting and forecastingrelated to Talent Acquisition.
Aboutyou:
- Extensivedemonstrated knowledge and application of implementing bestpractice end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, includingthe ability to introduce and operationalise business processes,leader capability and bespoke practices where required.
- A demonstratedunderstanding and application of people and culture metrics anddata analysis to support strategic workforce planning and sourcingstrategies.
