Partner with business leaders on how to lead their teams and build a meaningful culture where people can deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.About the roleBuild relationships with business leaders to deliver end to end services around core people functions, including talent acquisition, remuneration & benefits, coaching & development, and talent management.Work with People & Performance Business Partners across the Ausenco group (in Australia and overseas) to develop attractive project conditions for employees mobilising to site.Provide effective HR advice, coaching and support to key stakeholders.Advise on employee relation matters and contemporary practices.Support the development and delivery of HR projects.About youA team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.Strong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to influence and engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.Advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Experience in similar industry is strong desired.WWWe support individual growth and aim to allow you to work in a way that plays to your strengths.
