About the Role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for high-volume recruitment, focusing on proactive sourcing and screening of candidates.
You will work closely with hiring managers, partnering with them to ensure the best results.
Your role will involve: Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, to fill an average on 15 roles per week Using proactive sourcing methods, and out the box thinking for more regional hires Keeping a strong pipeline of talent for other suitable positions Completing necessary compliance documentation  About You To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced recruiter, with proven experience in high volume.
You will be comfortable with managing priorities and deadlines, as well as be able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
You will be a creative thinker, who can use creative methods to find suitable candidates, and be a real team player.
If you have experience using Workday, this would be an added bonus!
