The role is responsible for developing sourcing campaigns and talent pools as well as providing exceptional end to end candidate care.
The role holder is responsible for providing managers with related advice, guidance and coaching on how best to source, attract and screen candidates.
The role has an external focus too working with external partners and ultimately positioning GV Health well as an employer of choice for talent pipelines.
About you: Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns using various mediums Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders across our Health Service attraction, resourcing and selection A real desire to provide a great end to end candidate experience Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
