The onsite Harrier talent team are passionate, driven and work together to ensure the delivery of a seamless, high touch talent acquisition (TA) process, with exceptional candidate care and customer focus.Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support, collaborate and work with the rest of our team in talent acquisition administration as well as ad-hoc requirements such as database maintenance and candidate care. You will become a subject matter expert in our systems and processes, manage all background checks/testing, compliance, contract generation, and onboarding as well as managing candidate/stakeholder queries in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Flexibility is at the core of who we are, and flexible work arrangements are encouraged with 2/3 days onsite at our customer's office in Melbourne and work from home.
