What we're looking for
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People and Culture Team. The successful candidate must be able to identify and recruit internal and external talent in a fast-paced, high volume National Company. We're after someone who has recruitment experience, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills who can assist in delivering professional and welcoming onboarding experiences to new and existing staff.
The role:
Prepare and place job advertisements across various platforms
Complete talent searches, pre-employment checks, visa verification, compliance validation and national police checks
Constant liaison with Centre Managers and candidates to keep them up to date on recruitment progress
Provide recruitment advice and training to Centre Managers

About you!
Proven experience in a talent support/recruitment role
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience in understanding and interpreting awards and regulatory requirements
Ability to competently use a recruitment management and HRM system
Bachelor in human resources management or related field or equivalent level of experience, training, and education. (desirable)
A strong customer focus with effective communication and negotiation skills
A high level of organisational skills with the ability to adapt within a constantly changing environment.
A `can do' positive outlook with a strong team focus
