We're looking for someone with a proven track record of successful recruiting across various workforces—from blue-collar roles to office staff.
You'll build strong relationships with all stakeholders and help deliver an excellent employee experience in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Post job advertisements on multiple job boards and career sites.Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.Manage candidate communications, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Manage the onboarding process for new hires into the business.Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accuracy and compliance.Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes.Other Ad-Hoc HR administration duties as required.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proven skills in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Experience recruiting across various departments, from blue-collar to office roles, is required.A passion for identifying and attracting top talent.HOW TO APPLYIf you have a high level demonstrated experience in the above, then please send us your details.
