Talent Acquisition Assistant

Working within the People and Culture team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join the team and lead the recruitment function across our brands. The responsibilities of the role include:
Screening and interviewing candidatesBooking interviews with hiring managersConducting reference checksCoaching and advising management team on best interview techniques and practicesManaging incoming recruitment requests from managers and work with the People and Culture Manager to identify any gapsLiaising with external recruitment agencies if and when requiredWriting position advertisements, position descriptions and interview templatesIdentifying and attracting high performing talentActively seeking out new candidates across different channelsBuilding a talent pipelineAssist with the immigration process as required About you Strong communication skills and a confident negotiatorOrganised and able to juggle multiple roles and prioritiesInternal or agency recruitment experienceSolutions focussed approach, with flexibility to adaptStrong attention to detail and accuracy About EHP Holdings At EHP Holdings we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
