YOUR ROLE 6-month fixed-term non-ongoing contractThe Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a crucial role in helping to shape our future workforce. You will partner with hiring managers across our diverse business to identify needs, attract talent and ensure a smooth and effective process, from briefing through to onboarding.
The position is flexibly based from one of our Melbourne (Truganina) or Sydney (Banksmeadow / Orchard Hills / Kemps Creek) locations. Other locations in QLD/NSW/VIC will be considered for the right candidate.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that meet the specific requirements of various roles within the organisationConduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, availability and interest level, providing a shortlist of promising candidatesAssist in identifying and engaging passive candidates for key positions, utilising various sourcing techniques and platforms to build a robust talent pipelineCoordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are informed of the timing and format of the interviewsFacilitate background checks and other pre-employment screening processes to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for employmentManage the offer process, within our remuneration framework and guidelinesMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and candidate records in CEVA HR systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has recruitment experience gained in an internal human resources function and/or external recruitment agency together with:
Experience with the full recruitment lifecycle: screening resumes, conducting telephone interviews, coordinating pre-employment checks and managing offersProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, WorkDay) and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with professional networking platforms and job boardsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teamsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling candidate information and following up on various stages of the recruitment process.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
