Description and Requirements Six-month contract for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator to join our fun and supportive team. Your role will be to support the onboarding process for Educators and Coordinators joining our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Australia.
Ideal role for someone looking for a full-time role for the remainder of 2024, with the flexibility to work 2 days remote and 3 in our Camberwell office with on-site parking and close to shops and public transport.
About the role You'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the experience of new employees joining our company. You'll work with them to gather compliance documents needed for employment (i.e. proof of Australian work rights, qualifications, police checks), and progress their application through to our contracts team.
Reporting to the TA Team Leader you will work as part of a large team including an experienced TA Support, Contracts and Onboarding, TA Specialists, TA Team Leader, and a TA Manager.
Administrationfollowing detailed processes to ensure new employees meet compliance requirements Softwareworking with a multitude of platforms including an Applicant Tracking System (Avature), reference checking system (Xref), and Learning Management System (iSpring) Using Excel for regular reporting and tracking, Outlook, and SharePoint PeopleBeing a friendly and helpful point of contact for new employees Being available and responsive via phone and email About us Partnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to help today's children navigate their tomorrow.
