Systems Analyst - Techone

Systems Analyst - TechOne Location : Southern Suburbs of Perth, Western Australia Permanent / On-going role The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our ERP platform, supporting and enhancing systems that drive critical business processes.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service across various business units.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on the TechOne platform and its modules.
Provide ongoing support for databases, ensuring smooth data manipulation and system operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes, working to automate and optimize them.
Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and reducing recurring issues.
Mentor IT team members, sharing expertise and contributing to team skill development.
Offer training and guidance to staff to maximize the efficiency of ERP usage.
Stay up-to-date with ERP system enhancements and engage in special interest and user groups to drive platform improvements.
Key Selection Criteria: Proven TechOne experience with any module.
Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week , with the ability to commute to the location.
Expertise in developing and supporting ERP systems.
Strong experience in migrating and improving business processes using ERP platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and training team members.
Strong problem-solving abilities and high-level competence in software applications.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
