The ICT Systems Administrator works under the guidance of the Technology Services Manager, providing technical expertise, analysis, and project support for building, medical systems and applications within STARS Hospital. This position ensures smooth operation of technology services through stakeholder engagement and technical capability.Job Description Key Responsibilities Maintain operational performance and resilience of building ICT and medical and security systems.
Support day-to-day operation and performance of ICT systems.
Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Ensure compliance with FM contract requirements and standards.
Assist in technology systems maintenance, uplift, and documentation.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years in ICT, preferably with healthcare facility ICT experience.
Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Electronics or related fields highly regarded.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and technical proficiency in technology systems.
Cyber security qualifications, ISMS or ISO27001 experience desirable.
Current or willingness to obtain, police check and relevant vaccinations as required by Queensland Health.
