The Job….
Working across Azure and AWS cloud based platforms you will be supporting internal staff, driving technology enhancements across the business while maintaining the demands and security required in a fintech environment.
Reporting through to the Team Leader you will be responsible for the following duties: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and impactful IT solutions that align with business goals.
Oversee and coordinate with outsourced vendors, ensuring high service standards and seamless integration.
Provide expert technical support, addressing and resolving critical IT incidents while managing escalation points effectively.
Apply in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 networking, security, and storage applications to enhance system performance.
Tackle scheduled out-of-hours projects such as data migrations, implementations, and custom reporting, demonstrating flexibility and technical proficiency while liaising with internal teams and tech partners.
You….. To excel in this role, you will bring a passion for delivering impactful IT projects and possess the following skills: Approximately 2 years experience in desktop support, resolving IT issues while liaising with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving escalated hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Contribution to long-term IT solutions through process improvements and system enhancements.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in documenting processes to improve team knowledge and staying updated on emerging technologies.
