We're offering an exciting role as an Operations Manager where you'll be part of a team that's committed to creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and employees.
As the Operations Manager, you'll lead a dedicated group of technicians, client coordinators, and admin assistants while being the go-to person for staff and clients alike.
You'll report directly to the General Manager, with the full support of our Technical Manager to guide you in technical aspects.
What you'll do: Lead and motivate a team that thrives on getting things done.Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication.Manage daily operations, balancing planned works with reactive jobs.Work with the Technical Manager for any technical support needed.Ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently for seamless operations.Cultivate a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment.What we're looking for: Experience as a Senior Scheduler or in a similar operational role within the electrical, solar, or air conditioning industries.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational and delegation skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced workload.A proactive team player who can manage client relationships and work closely with staff and contractors.A positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and grow alongside a supportive team.Why Join Us?
