About the Role This technical business analyst role supports project and BAU operations of the mainframe platform.
Key areas of focus are defining requirements, acceptance criteria, quality, knowledge management to supporting platform initiatives.

What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for: Delivery of generic and specific project and BAU initiatives Coordinating and driving outcomes with key stakeholders Defining and documenting requirements Driving outcomes and objectives to completion What will you bring?

Interest/curiosity in business analysis industry trends Plan and manage analysis outcomes Ability to define and govern the approach to requirements gathering Ability to manage own analysis work • Ability to contribute to team estimating Elicit business and solution requirements to translate customer needs & business goals Ability to prepare for and conduct elicitation using a broad range of innovative elicitation practices, and techniques Ability to verify, validate and communicate requirements with stakeholders Ability to understand and document current and future state Maintain Traceability Partner with Product Owner to validate requirements and ensure alignment to value Application of Analysis Techniques Competent across a range of elicitation techniques to define requirements in business and technology environments to meet business outcomes and customer demands (ie.
