About the role The Pre Admission Clinic (PAC) administrator is responsible for supporting the PAC team in administrative duties to enhance team efficiency. This includes but is not limited to: Contacting patients to set up telehealth appointments. Close review of admission documentation received and uploading to hospital electronic record system (WebPAS) in a timely manner. Supporting patient telephone and email enquiries. Prompt response to emails and voicemail messages from all stakeholders – internal and external. Maintaining timely and accurate record in Excel spreadsheets and other hospital applications. Ensuring the confidentiality of patients and staff is maintained and communication and interpersonal skills are effective and appropriate. In conjunction with their direct Manager, participates in regular structured appraisal and peer review processes. Please note: the department operates Mon to Fri from 8am until 5.30pm, the successful applicant will be required to work within these hours. Highly specialized services in various surgical fields. About you Ability to accept responsibility for completion of tasks with minimal supervision and direction. Effective with time management and prioritizing tasks. High-level computer literacy including use of Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and working across multiple systems/applications. Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to providing excellent client care and customer service. Team player. Commitment to continued professional development.
