Exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and proactive Executive Coordinator looking for the next career move!
We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing full-time basis. The role will be based at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office with hybrid work options.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $106,025 up to $117,363 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
The Executive Coordinator provides comprehensive executive, administrative and secretarial support services on a range of complex and dynamic matters to support the Executive Director Corporate achieve organisational objectives.

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing briefing notes and correspondence.
Client service focus with proven track record of dealing with internal senior management, key business clients and government stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Expertise in the use of office management systems and procedures, including well established proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
