They are a trusted national security brand undergoing a range of changes and seeking to increase their human capital.As part of their capability uplift, they are seeking an experienced sustainment lead to take charge of a range of manufacturing engineering support programs and functions.Job DescriptionAs well as overseeing the effectiveness of the sustainment function, you'll be charged with overseeing the implementation and management of the new Maintenance Management System and ensuring the sustainment of products in service with defence customers.As well as being responsible for maintaining the operational readiness of products, we're seeking someone who can contribute to overall business growth.The Successful ApplicantThis newly created role would suit a candidate experienced with top-class manufacturing environments (such as steel or automotive) and customer platforms, who is familiar with best-in-class improvement practices.
