Support Worker - Pesonal Care - Tamworth

Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes:


Support Worker Positions available for the provision of Personal Support Services
Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $32.56p/h + 11.5% super
Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
Tamworth NSW location and surrounding suburbs including Oxley Vale, Moore Creek, Kootingal, Gungowan, Calala, Moonbee & Hillvue.


Key Requirements:

Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm between Monday to Sunday
Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support


Your New Role:

Personal Care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support

Bachelor of Nursing Students
