We are currently recruiting for 3 new Support Workers to join our team based in West Launceston to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), intimate personal care, social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients. As a Support Worker, you will join our esteemed national team of community services professionals, dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being.

Genuine passion for working with older adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.A valid driver's licence.A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and some weekend shifts.If you have the drive, commitment, and desire to help improve individual health outcomes and strengthen your local community, then we welcome your application.
