We are currently recruiting for a new Support Worker to join our team based in Burnie to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), intimate personal care, social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients.
As a Support Worker, you will join our esteemed national team of community services professionals, dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being.
This is a part time opportunity however we need need availability to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at a minimum.
Due to clients needs in the area we do require services to be covered as early as 7am and as late as 5pm.
As this is a part time role the base hourly rate is $30.61 +, along with 11% Superannuation and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging (providing up to $15,900 in tax benefits).
Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance of $0.96c per km and paid travel time between services.
A daily mobile allowance is also provided when using your own device for work-related purposes.
