Support Worker - Catering Assistant, Riverside Aged Care Progress with purpose at one of Australia's largest health care providers Get ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environment Permanent and casual positions available We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Catering Assistants at Riverdale Care Home.

Shift times available: 0630 – 1330 0730 – 1430 0900 – 1300 1430 – 1830 1600 – 2000 Main duties: Support service delivery under the direction of the Chef/Cook Prepare daily meals and beverages that meet individual needs of each resident including special dietary requirements, allergies and culturally specific as instructed by the Chef or Cook. Ensure environmental service standards are met and maintained, and the residents' living environment is safe and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness Serve nutritious meals in a well-presented manner and at the appropriate temperature Work with the Care team to plate and deliver meals, ensuring familiarity with menus and the needs and preferences Prepare trays and trolleys for each meal service and complete cleaning tasks To succeed in this role, you should possess: Experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment (desirable) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to make a difference Your benefits: NFP salary packaging benefits, discounted health insurance and gym memberships Paid parental leave Training, development pathways and career opportunities Flexible hours that make sense for you Why work for Calvary?
