Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks.Provide social support and facilitate community and wellness activities.Communicate effectively with your team leader about client needs and progress.Transport clients to appointments and social events.Travel throughout the community between client homes (paid km's).Desired Skills and ExperienceMinimum Certificate III Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community, or current nursing students with completed aged care placement.Previous experience in aged care or community services.Basic computer skills and accurate documentation.Ability to work independently and report to a supervisor.Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards aging.Current Australian Open Drivers License, reliable vehicle, National Police Check, first-aid and CPR certificates, and COVID-19 vaccination status as per the Government recommendations.Apply Now!
