Reporting to our Team Leader, you will utilise previous skills and demonstrated experience in the provision of care services to children, young people and their families, to deliver:Carer recruitment, training and assessments, in addition to delivering information sessions and pre-service training for prospective carers;Key community support services to negotiate family support plans and undertake placement coordination activities;A range of assessment, crisis intervention, short-term intervention skills and therapeutic approaches to provide both therapeutic and practical support services to children, young people, carers and families.What you can bring to the team:You are passionate about the welfare of children and achieving the absolute best outcomes for them.
