Support Coordinator required for Townsville Organisation
Your new company Hays Recruitment Townsville are happy to partner with a community-focused Organisation who are seeking a motivated and empathetic Support Coordinator.
Your new role In your new role, you will help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, while fostering strong relationships with service providers and community supports. You'll assist participants in managing their own supports, developing life skills, handling referrals, resolving service issues, and facilitating plan reviews.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in the role, you will need to possess the following:
