Your key responsibilities will include:
Guiding participants, their families, and carers through their NDIS journey.Interpreting NDIS plans and helping establish effective support networks.Nurturing participants' skills to encourage eventual self-coordination.Providing guidance and support to overcome challenges and realise aspirations embedded within their NDIS Plans.You'll be the catalyst for transforming lives and breaking down barriers, making a significant impact on those we serve.
