About South Burnett CTC IncSouth Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to providing essential support services to disadvantaged individuals across various programs, including Disability Services, Youth & Family Services, and Domestic Violence Services. We proudly serve the South Burnett region, with teams operating from Kingaroy, Wondai, Nanango, and Murgon.
As an NDIS registered provider, CTC offers a comprehensive range of support services to individuals living with disabilities, ensuring they receive the assistance needed to navigate their NDIS plans effectively and achieve their personal goals.
Position OverviewThe Support Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This position involves working closely with participants, their families, and various stakeholders to optimise the funding outlined in their NDIS plans. The Support Coordinator will empower participants to achieve their goals by connecting them with appropriate services and support resources.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in disability services and demonstrate a commitment to fostering independence and inclusion for people with disabilities.
Relevant qualifications in disability services, social work, or related fields.Experience in Support Coordination or case management.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.The successful candidate will be dedicated to upholding the rights of individuals with disabilities and will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in their work.
Salary & BenefitsThis position offers a salary based on the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 3 ($37.35) or Level 4 ($43.08) with opportunities for salary packaging.
