About the role
TAFE SA is looking for a proactive and dynamic Support Coordinator to join our Future Industry & Trade division. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, student-focused service while coordinating support staff to meet business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex enquiries, managing workloads, and assisting with human resource tasks such as mentoring, rostering, and staff supervision.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with diverse stakeholders, and promoting continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience with systems such as Office365, along with knowledge of WHS practices, will be highly valued.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work will be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program. The incumbent may be required to attend promotional events such as; IE events, Expos, Career Days, Field Days and School Engagement (internal tours/external events), when required.
