Halcyon Knights is seeking 3 x Injury Management Business Partners for a state government department in Southern Adelaide for permanent and contract opportunities.
2 x Injury Management Business Partner (Claims) 1 x Injury Management Business Partner (Rehabilitation) INJURY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PARTNER (CLAIMS) You'll manage claims, lead grievance processes, identify and resolve barriers, and develop injury management programs.
Ideal candidates have experience in injury/claims management, knowledge of the Return-to-Work Act 2014, and expertise handling medium to high-risk claims.
ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification in Work Injury Management or significant experience in claims management.
Strong knowledge of the Return-to-Work Act 2014 and SA Employment Tribunal processes.
Extensive experience managing medium/high-risk claims, including serious injuries, with proven analytical skills to enhance claims processes.
INJURY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PARTNER (REHABILITATION) You'll offer professional advice to management, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices while promoting workplace health and safety.
You'll manage a caseload of 35-40 staff, providing vocational counseling, job-seeking support, and training for managers on injury management services.
You'll also work closely with medical and allied health directors, attending case conferences and site visits.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting seriously injured workers and employees with additional compensation, building strong business partnerships to drive positive return-to-work outcomes.
ABOUT YOU You will have extensive experience in return-to-work case management and solution-focused strategies, strong knowledge of the Return-to-Work Act 2014 and workers' compensation legislation, and a relevant qualification in health, psychology, behavioral science, or allied health, I bring exceptional communication and organizational skills.
To be successful you must be able to pass a s satisfactory Criminal History Check and meet Immunisation Compliance.
