EIR is a small family run labour hire business with offices in Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane. We are seeking a superstar to manage the recruitment and allocations for our Mining & Manufacturing divisions.
The role in a nutshell:
Account Management - Current Customers
Recruitment - Placing Ads, Managing Recruitment Checklists
Screening Candidates & Reference Checks
Presenting candidates to customers
Booking Interviews & Interviewing
What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree or higher qualification (required)
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in recruitment consultant role (required)
Someone who is super organised and can multitask
Someone that cares about our workers and customers
Someone that is super confident with customers
Someone that is lightning quick on a computer
Someone that has high energy and takes responsibility for their work

Pay: $75,000 - 85,000 PA excluding superannuation
