At ActivTec Solutions , we are a national leader in the maintenance and repair of medical and healthcare equipment, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Morningside.
This full-time position will provide essential support to our supply chain operations, focusing on purchasing officer duties and ensuring smooth, efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including creating purchase orders, updating ETAs, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels as needed in MYOB.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies to meet demand while optimizing costs.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Warehouse, Parts Sourcing, and Customer Care to ensure orders are processed correctly and in line with customer needs.
Follow up on delayed or incomplete orders, resolving issues with suppliers and escalating where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly around inventory control and procurement.
Assist with ad-hoc supply chain tasks, including parts sourcing and managing logistics when required.
Skills & Requirements: Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles (experience in medical equipment or healthcare industries is a plus).
Proficiency in MYOB or similar supply chain management systems.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
