Lubricants Supply Chain Coordinator

Company Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lubricants Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Hamilton, QLD.
This role involves coordinating the supply chain activities for our lubricants products and ensuring smooth processing of orders from start to finish.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including customer service teams, third-party warehouse and transport providers, and sales managers.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with customer service teams, third-party warehouses, and transport providers to manage the picking and delivery of orders.Utilize SAP to process orders from placement through to invoicing.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders and shipments.Collaborate with sales managers to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.Monitor and manage shipments arriving from overseas, ensuring accurate processing in SAP.Work within a team of three to efficiently manage and clear a shared inbox, addressing queries and concerns promptly.Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in SAP preferred, or strong competence in IT systems.Background in warehousing and/or logistics is advantageous.Excellent communication skills with a high level of responsiveness.Ability to work effectively as part of a small team in a corporate environment.Strong attention to detail.Join Our Team: If you are a motivated professional with a passion for supply chain excellence and have a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines, we encourage you to apply.
