Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will be required to manage and lead the Anode Casting team in achieving health, safety, environment and operational targets. The Anode Casting team is responsible for melting copper recycle from the Tankhouse and forming new copper anodes.Your key responsibilities will include:Manage and lead the Anode Casting team.Achieve health, safety, environment and operational targets.Oversee the melting of copper recycle and the forming of new copper anodes.You will have the following qualifications:Experience in a supervisory role in a production environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Commitment to safety and environmental practices.This position is residentially based in Townsville and offers a unique roster pattern providing you with a 4-day long weekend.
