About the job We are seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor Maintenance Execution to join the Maintenance team based in the Riverland.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a maintenance execution team to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable maintenance and capital delivery of water and wastewater services.
Your efforts will directly support customer expectations and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
In addition, your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the team to achieve operational and maintenance goals.Driving safety leadership and compliance with WHS standards.Delivering high-quality maintenance and capital project outcomes within budget, scope, and timelines.Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Promoting innovation and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.Ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.Your success in this role will come from: Qualifications in electrical engineering/trade or equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience in leading and managing maintenance execution teams.Strong knowledge of maintenance strategy, planning, and execution.Experience in fostering a constructive organisational culture and driving safety and risk management initiatives.To apply, click 'Apply'.
