As a growing organisation, we are seeking a dynamic NDIS Manager who will oversee both operational and business development aspects, ensuring quality service delivery while driving growth in the Adelaide region.Position PurposeThe NDIS Manager will have a pivotal role in both operations and business development, overseeing the day-to-day management of NDIS services while actively driving client acquisition and business growth.
This position combines leadership in service delivery with strategic development to expand the organisation's footprint and improve client outcomes.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines, and contributing to business development efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management:Ensure smooth service delivery in compliance with NDIS regulations, providing high-quality care to participants.Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring tailored support plans are developed.Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring participant safety, well-being, and satisfaction.Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a skilled support team.Implement and monitor safety protocols, behaviour support strategies, and risk management.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Develop and implement strategies to grow the participant base in line with organisational goals.Build strong relationships with families, NDIS planners, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.Identify and engage with potential clients, offering tailored service offerings aligned with NDIS funding arrangements.Participate in networking events, forums, and industry meetings to promote EasAbility Care's services.Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth, including new service offerings and geographic expansion.Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building:Cultivate partnerships with allied health professionals, funding bodies, and community organisations.Serve as the primary representative of EasAbility Care in negotiations, forums, and events.Maintain effective communication with clients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Team Leadership & Performance Development:Lead and motivate a skilled team to deliver exceptional services, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development with operational needs.Manage performance, foster a positive workplace culture, and identify recruitment needs.About YouWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven leader with a passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities.Minimum 4 years' experience in NDIS service management, business development manager, client acquisition, or relationship management within the disability sector.Strong understanding of NDIS funding arrangements, compliance requirements, and service delivery.Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and lead business development efforts.Experience in staff recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated success in managing operations and ensuring quality service delivery.Experience in managing services with high medical needs or restrictive practices.Existing networks within the NDIS or disability services sector.Why Join Us?Attractive Remuneration: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and the opportunity for profit sharing after the probation period.Career Growth: Significant opportunities for professional development and leadership roles in a fast-growing organisation.Impactful Work: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities while contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven organisation.Supportive Environment: Join a collaborative, motivated team that values your expertise and shares your passion for providing excellent care.How to ApplySubmit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and suitability for the role to : Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
