We are currently looking for multiple Construction Site Managers with either electrical or civil backgrounds.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with solid career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to electrical or civil construction projects for energy infrastructure projects.Experience working with Substations or Renewable Energy projects is a must.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.Supervise and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Proven experience in site managing construction projects, preferably within the renewable energy sector.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.Overtime and double time paid.If this matches your background and you would like to learn more about the role, then please apply below!#J-18808-Ljbffr
