Job DescriptionAn opportunity has become available for a Civil Supervisor to join our Pavement Rehabilitation / Civil team based out of Dandenong, VIC. This role is responsible for the management and delivery of projects and maintenance works of varying sizes. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable to lead and coordinate personnel while managing the plant, suppliers, and resources to complete project and maintenance works on time, on budget, and achieve Downer's Zero Harm.
Our ideal candidate will have previous earth works/civil experience with proven capability leading and motivating crews. Frequent travel to regional sites will be required for this role.
