What does the job look like? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly efficient Supervisor to join the Government and Defence Team based at Amberley, QLD. Key areas:
Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times Deliver a high standard of customer service Meet individual and team KPIs Inventory reporting Are you the one? You are an effective supervisor and team player with a passion for safety. You can demonstrate:
Demonstrated ability to lead teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring priority is given to safe work procedures and encouraging attention to detail Ability to lead Team Leaders within the site with an emphasis on development of their teams Previous Defence warehousing and logistics experience (highly desirable) Experience in conducting operational reviews and financial reporting Strong problem solving, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills At Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
