The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join this dynamic team on an attractive 8:6 roster - giving you an excellent work-life balance. This role involves overseeing projects valued at up to $50 million, including Rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, and general civil works.
Requirements:

S26 Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
3+ years of supervisory experience in civil construction or mining across Australia
Familiarity with end-to-end project responsibilities, from planning through to completion
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to lead effectively and hit the ground running
Strong, positive references showing a stable employment history
Prior experience managing projects of $30 million+
