We are seeking people who: Have 2-3 years' experience in a Supervisor role. Live locally to Gladstone Have experience with Vac Trucks and liquid waste management Are visible and provide true leadership and mentoring to your team. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance practices across site. Manage all material, equipment and labour costs for each of the tasks. Ensure budgets are maintained and ensure all billable items are accounted for. Create clear and concise scopes to enable projects to be successfully completed. Ensure compliance to WHS policies & procedures. Liaise with the client to maintain workflows. Foster a culture of 'Zero Harm'. It would be great if you have: Relevant Trade Certificate or relevant experience. HR license Current 'QAL/BSL/RTAY' Blue Medipass (3-site medipass) or willing to obtain. Practical and manual skills in all construction fields Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook A positive attitude towards yours and others safety.
