Supervisor

Caruggi is a Northern Italian trattoria situated in central Geelong's arts and entertainment precinct.
We are seeking a supervisor to assist with the day to day running of the restaurant with basic administration responsibilities. The role involves leading a small, professional and relaxed team, building on and enhancing our customer focused service.
The position hours are negotiable, and the right person will have at least two years' experience in an Alacarte restaurant, an interest in wine and cocktails as well as being a great communicator and a team player.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
